Bicycles in Storage

ALL BICYCLES MUST BE TAGGED.  Bicycles that are not tagged by September 15, 2011 will be donated to a local charity.

Per the Andover Fire Department:  NO BICYCLES ARE ALLOWED IN HALLWAYS.

Cigarettes and Litter

Reminder:  cigarette smoking is not permitted in hallways, foyers, laundry/boiler rooms, and all other indoor common areas.  When smoking outside, please be considerate of your neighbors and do not smoke outside others’ balconies or immediately outside of doorways.

Please dispose of cigarettes properly.  DO NOT litter or drop cigarette butts on the ground.

Speed Limits

Reminder:  The speed limit of Andover Gardens is 15 MPH.  Please slow down; there are pedestrians and playing children around you.

Laundry

Be considerate of your neighbors when doing laundry. 

Empty machines promptly when finished.  The washing machines run for about 35 minutes and the dryers 45 minutes.  Helpful Hint:  Use a kitchen timer when doing laundry; it’s a great reminder!

Clean the lint filter when you unload the dryer.  It only takes a second, and will be greatly appreciated by your neighbors!

 

Water Usage

We need to continue to do our part to work together and keep our condo fees low.  Please keep this in mind and consider installing low-flow devices such as showerheads and toilets.

Pool and Pool Passes

Pool passes will be distributed to all residents.  The pool pass is required for access to the Andover Gardens pool area.  This measure has been taken to eliminate the use of our pool by non-residents and to reduce our potential liability.  Please cooperate with the pool pass program; it is for your benefit to ensure exclusive use of our pool to Andover Gardens residents and their guests.

The pool hours are as follows:

11AM – 8PM Weekdays

10AM – 8PM Weekends
